Why is it in your best interest to solve your anger problem? Anger can have major consequences. It can isolate you, keep you from feeling at peace, negatively effect your job performance, leave scars on your body and it puts intense stress on your body. Anger can scare people and hurt your relationships. Anger can also “blind” you, making you unable to get perspective or improve the situation. However, when used “constructively,” anger can help us to get to know ourselves and communicate better to get what we really want.
